If your part isn’t stocked at one of our 7 warehouses, we’ll ship it factory-direct at no extra cost:

  • LG Parts – Free 1–2 business day shipping

  • Multistack, Waterfurnace, Bosch/FHP, AAON, Lakos, Neptronic Parts – Free UPS/FedEx Ground

  • Equipment (Condensers, Evaporators, Water Heaters, etc.) – Free LTL shipping
    (Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on location)

🌎 International Shipping

  • We ship internationally on select items.

⚠️ Oversized Items

Some large items (e.g., compressors) ship via freight and may take longer than 1–2 days.

You’ll still get free shipping, including liftgate service where needed.

Same or Next Day Delivery on Compressors is available in some markets so please call (610) 860-5220 for arrangements. 

 

Expedited Shipping Policy

At RapidHVACParts.com, we honor all expedited shipping selections by ensuring your order ships using the method you selected (e.g. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.). However, delivery timelines are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

What We Guarantee:

  • If you select and pay for an expedited shipping method, your order will be shipped using that method.

  • For example, if you choose UPS Next Day Air, we will ship your order via UPS Next Day Air.

What We Cannot Guarantee:

  • Exact delivery dates or transit time — delivery is dependent on carrier performance and warehouse processing time.

  • Same-day shipping — while we prioritize urgent orders, factors like order volume, warehouse cutoff times, and product location may result in next-business-day processing. Our team is human and things happen. 

  • Carrier performance — delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc.) including but not limited to:

    • Weather events

    • High shipping volume (e.g. holidays)

    • Missed scans or routing errors

    • Delivery restrictions in your area

  • Warehouse delays — some items ship from third-party warehouses, and delays may occur due to:

    • Inventory syncing issues

    • Pick/pack timing

    • Shipping cutoff times in different time zones

Examples of Non-Refundable Delay Scenarios:

  • You place an order before our cut-off time for same day shipments and the item ships the next business day because it missed the warehouse cutoff.

  • The carrier delivers your Next Day Air shipment late due to routing or weather issues.

  • The item ships on time but is delayed en route due to regional access issues or missed carrier scans.

Important Notes:

  • Expedited shipping fees are not refundable due to carrier or warehouse delays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
